Lets get together in a positive and supportive environment with Wanaka's passionate health providers and practitioners to discuss all things pregnancy, birth and what happens once you've had your baby! And share a little bit about all the unspoken stuff too!
This is for the ladies and the guys and even friends to come along. Even if you're not pregnant but maybe thinking about pregnancy!

Kate Wolfe – Pregnancy Yoga Teacher from Yoga Ground will be sharing information about primal birth as well as her homebirth stories.
Roz McRae – Hypnobirthing midwife from Lakes HypnoBirthing will be talking about the role of both partners can play in the journey of pregnancy and birth. Fears, Joy, Bonding and Hormonal Changes.
Kate Callaghan – Holistic Nutritionist from The Holistic Nutritionist. Post-natal depression affects both mums and dads. Nutrition, lifestyle, and strategies for post-natal depression.
Lisa Carnie – Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist from Pelvic Solutions. Pelvic floor care during and after birth, returning to sex after birth and C-section scar care.
Jin Ong – Osteopath, Herbalist & Psychosomatic Therapist MetaMed. Will be talking about birth plans, lotus birth, painless birth and care during and after pregnancy.
Most importantly the talks will be supportive, positive and inspiring.
