Emotional Anatomy training – 8 day work shop Brisbane, Australia.
Chris and Jodie are the amazing practitioners who taught me psychosomatic therapy. This course was a game-changer for my Osteopathy practice, realising the emotional connection to physical health and being able to assist release ‘issues in the tissues'. It is also an incredible space for self-development.
If you are aware of emotional blocks you may have or not living the life you want I highly recommend this course. Recently rebranded to Emotional Anatomy Chris and Jodie practice what they preach and help you get the most out of this course. Great for therapists to have a more holistic approach to practise or self-development.
Vipassana meditation is a silent meditation, rather than a retreat this is a course. Many countries and states have a Vipassana centre. Amazingly these are all built by ‘Dana' or donation of those who have previously attended courses. Vipassana is open to all religions and races and is a universal technique based on breath and sensation. If you are new to Vipassana you will first need to sit a 10 day course. New Zealand has a beautiful centre in Kaupakapaka just 2 hours from Auckland. Once a year a course is usually set up and held on the South island in Oamaru. All accommodation and food is provided. A highly experiential course.
